This pivotal role offers a remarkable opportunity for a proven leader to drive the rapid growth of our architecture, design, engineering, environmental, and advisory services.Your responsibilities will include:Manage to a strategy:Contribute to developing the AECOM strategy to build our capabilities in Mexico.Manage the implementation of our strategy through oversight of operations and business line teams.Manage a Client-Centric Approach that prioritizes the delivery of the highest level of service to clients.Conduct regular business reviews and maintain meaningful connections with key stakeholders.Market Focus:Exercise local market understanding and knowledge of industry trends and competitors.Position the company as a market leader with potential clients.Talent Management:Develop a culture of merit, responsibility, and teamwork.Lead our employee retention initiatives and professional development programs.Promote gender and inclusion programs and create an environment free of discrimination.Leadership:Lead by example with the highest ethical standards.Champion safety initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.Develop a results-driven culture through active engagement and performance monitoring.QualificationsMinimum Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environment, Economics, or related field.12+ years of experience with at least 4 years in executive and managerial roles.Proven experience managing projects following Program Management Institute methodologies.Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish.Extensive experience in marketing and project delivery of environmental and social services.Established history of leading business development efforts.Proven capabilities in people management and leadership.Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Business Administration.Project Management Certification.15+ years of experience in a managerial level in related fields.About AECOMAECOM is the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle.
