The Customer Service Assistant (CSA) is responsible for performing duties dealing with the day-to-day coordination of freight and truck movement in a particular region. In supporting their regional team, the CSA will have routine customer contact and be able to execute the detailed and administrative work.
Specific responsibilities include: Coordinate the movement of cargo and trucks for the assigned client portfolio.Collaborate with regional planning teams to ensure operational efficiency.Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.Execute detailed administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.Our Ideal Candidate will possess: University education with degree.Advanced command of the English language.Advanced multitasking ability.Written and oral communication skills.Problem solving ability.This position is subject to a Continental Shift, 06:00 - 18:00.
