Working closely with your team, you will use your exceptional customer service skills to build relationships with, and give support to, our Drivers, the customs brokerage community, and US and Canadian Customs agencies.
**Specific responsibilities include**:- Providing eManifest information to Canada Customs via ACI.- Providing eManifest information to US Customs via ACE.- Assisting customer service with any customs related issues.- Strong ability to adapt to varying situations.- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.- Exceptional customer service.- Proficient computer skills.- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.- Knowledge of the transportation industry and customs experience are considered assets.- Bilingual in Spanish/English, or advanced English language skills.
