**Role Purpose:**:**The Region Manager is responsible for optimizing the business, operations, and financial performance in the Region including P&L management**The Region Manager owns the Digital Solutions and Services delivery resources and processes and is responsible for adherence to quality and HSE management systems.
**The Region Manager is responsible for managing opportunities and maximizing growth and returns.
**He/She leads the Region's business strategy and growth and maximizes value generation and capture through deep understanding of contracting, customers and the competitive environment.
**The Region Manager acts as Sensia's representative in the Region in industry affairs**:**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Responsible for the Region's financial performance including P&L.

- **Responsible for the delivery of projects, solutions and services in the Region**:
- **Responsible for coordination and creation of the annual and quarterly business and financial plans.

- **Defining and implement the resource plans in line with business plans**:
- **Monitors and tracks staffing, recruiting and development of Field Personnel.

- **Ensuring highest quality - lowest cost functional support organization.
**:
- **Optimizing the business footprint**:
- **Identification of alternative business growth opportunities**:
- **Tracking market activity and competetive position**:
- **Optimizing functional support across all the Region and managing risks**:
- **Managing the solutions sales and marketing strategy in conjunction with Sales and Support Functions**:
- **Representing Sensia's interests with customers, authorities and industry**:
- **Managing internal and external communication programs and crisis management**:
- **Providing a visible commitment to Quality and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and standards**:
- **Establishing strong professional relationships with executive-level customers, key governmental agencies, officials, educational institutions, and professional organizations in the Region**:
**Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education**:
- **15 yr industry experience**:
- **Business Management Experience (min 5 years)**:
- **P&L Management**:
- **Business Planning**:
- **Bidding and Sales**:
- **Customer Relationship Management

**Basic Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field**:
- **Spanish and English speaker**:
- **Experrience as Regional Manager or BU Manager
