Working as a Full Time Mexico General Ledger Lead you will help our finance function develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Guiding, developing and training others to achieve goals and optimize business results- Planning and organizing team activities to complete assigned tasks on time with a high level of accuracy- Leading statutory accounting planning, analysis and documentation activities- Coordinating external/internal audits, by gathering, organizing and analyzing audit data- Identifying and implementing system and procedural improvements to enhance efficiency- Preparing and analyzing foreign entity financial reporting for various international locations- Managing, performing and monitoring various general ledger activities- Coordinating and participating in development projects- Completing other tasks and responsibilities based on business needs**REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:The skills and qualifications for this position include:**o Possess a degree in an Accounting, Business, Finance, or related area AND have a minimum of 5 years related work experience**oFully Bilingual (english and spanish)- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment- Work independently as well as in a team environment- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork**PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:- Proficient using PeopleSoft**Salary**: $28,000.00 - $39,000.00 per month**Language**:- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado (required)
