The primary duties include completing PO's and preparing attached invoices, billing out of Owner Operators and Third Party vendors, and helping manage the flow of Tire related transactions.Specific Responsibilities include:National Tire ProgramCreate Repair Orders daily for tire services performedReview & Process all Tire Invoices for payment and ensure our National Pricing is being followed (Goodyear, Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, Fountain, Kal Tire)Create and process purchase orders for yard checks, driver requests, O/O, vendor requests and retread ordersRequest and provide pictures for accident work orders when necessaryLiaison for all tire billing opportunitiesInvoicingResponsible for ensuring targets are met and held for PO's from open to complete statusTiffing paymentsActively look for accuracy of billing and identify savings opportunities by analyzing invoices for vendor labour rates and part costs.Owner Operator Billing & Third Party BillingResponsible for the entire billing process for all Owner Operators and Third partner carriersCreate invoices – Checking SRT times when invoicing owner / lease operatorsEmail drivers when invoices are due and monitor outstanding paymentsAssist drivers with payment options through payrollMaintain a close working relationship with accounting in all aspects of billing and the flow of payments
