The team is composed of a Client Success Mexico team, a Border Operations team, and a soon-to-be-formed Carrier Success team. Your responsibility, as the Cross-Border Operations Manager, is to continue leading the Border Operations team and setting them up for sustainability, while also leading the Client Success Mexico team in Guadalajara. Additionally, you are a key leader within the Cross-Border Operations group and will carry in-office responsibilities of bringing leadership and stability to our growing Guadalajara office.What You'll DoBuild scalable and standardized processes and document structure for the Border Operations team and Client Success Team.Act as a point of escalation for any issues arising at the border and with any customer-specific issues.Heavy focus on performance management and standardizing operational processes.Focus on service and KPIs with every customer to make sure we deliver world class service.Train, and retain your employees while identifying any future leaders that can be developed into future leaders at Arrive.Act as a stakeholder when onboarding new accounts for cross-border freight.Drive a collaborative and hard-working culture across all offices involved in cross-border freight.Collaborate with other leaders across the org and work closely with other internal stakeholders.Be a leader in the Guadalajara office, both for your teams and for the rest of the office.QualificationsCandidates with Bachelor Degrees in Supply Chain, Business, Communications or another related field are highly preferred.Bilingual - Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.We're looking for personable, hard-working individuals who aren't afraid to go above and beyond each and every day for themselves, their customers, and Arrive!Resourcefulness is key!
