.Job Summary: The job summary is missing.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Build, develop and manage all PWS business (KOB1/2/3)Be the Account Manager for CFE through direct customer engagement: Special Assignment.Lead the pursuit of PWS KOB1&2 project in Private Power Generation Companies and Industrial Power.Build, develop and manage the Mexico PWS sales team in order to grow the Power and Water business in Mexico. In special coach and support KOB3 BDM and Sales Engineers.Implement growth strategies & initiatives in accordance with market conditions to diversify account coverage, amplify portfolio usage and initiatives to improve PWS Profit.Develop yearly plans to best meet business commitments given the market volatility in Mexico, including all Kind of Business, team playing with X BU, Representatives, Project Pursuits and PWS Mexico Team.Ensure clear communication of Action Plan Progress and Execution, Orders Forecasts, Assess Risks, and mitigation plans to local Emerson Mexico management and to the U.S. based Director of Latin America Sales, Power & Water Solutions.Organize Quarterly Business reviews with the extended team.Define and Lead Marketing efforts for PWS and Events participation.Implement Strategies and Tactics for success on pursuits, and lead the DoA process for pursuits.Implement solid system penetration and competitive displacement strategies and Account Plans for key accounts, in Special CFE, while strengthening executive level relationships with decision makers in those organizations.Coach and foster proper training for the Mexico PWS sales team to ensure they are aware of the latest technology and products and can create custom solutions for customers.Keep a disciplined Sales Approach with PWS Funnel in CRM: Quality and Volume.Manage the complexity of a multi-site/matrixed organization while driving metrics throughout the organization to ensure efficiency and consistency.Be an active part of Mexico SYSS Leadership team.Understand Emerson Installed Base of Ovation and relevant Technology in México.Understand PWS Service Portfolio, Value Message. Strong ability to convey Control and Measurement Systems Reliability, availability and performance value message to customers.Sustain and Increase Customers Adoption of Support Services for all Emerson PWS Solutions and Services, including Support Contract, Evergreen and sustainment services.Plan Annual KOB3 Goals and Target Sites/Accounts timely.Fully responsible for delivering forecast of orders for POR Purposes and BU planning.Work with Local SYSS Business Leader/ Director to assign Annual Budgets to Emerson and Representative Sales Forces.Protect PWS Services, Hardware and Parts Prices avoiding Margin Erosion.Work with the Regional/Local sales teams to understand customer Maintenance Budgets, Investment Drivers and Pains
