Procedures created support the Littelfuse short-term strategy. Confronts and solves performance/operational issues to improve efficiency and meet goals.About the job:- Partners with Senior Leadership to create operational accounting procedures and reporting that support the manufacturing processes.- Leads professionals and/or managers to ensure that goals of the team align to overall company strategy.- Leads operational accounting projects that may influence the manufacturing or reporting processes. Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.- Supports compliance standards of financial reporting with internal regulatory requirements.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About you:- Bachelor or university degree, preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- MBA preferred.- 10+ years of experience.- Management experience.- Deep knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.- Advanced knowledge in MS Office.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication skills.- High attention to detail.- CPA preferred.- Experience leading finance and / or accounting organizations, demonstrated career progression of increasing responsibility.- Leadership in processes, analysis, personnel development.- Ability to isolate relevant data points and effectively communicate scenarios and understanding to management.- Exhibits a high level of autonomy as demonstrated via independent decision-making, prioritizing own workload and project management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work/interact with and present to all levels of organization.- Thinks critically and strategically, anticipates questions, a thought leader.- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with strong orientation for details
