Reporting to the Controller the Mexico Shared Service will be responsible for Establishes objectives and sets procedures of the operational accounting function typically within a geographic region for multiple manufacturing locations; processes and procedures ensure that Littelfuse will evaluate manufacturing costs consistently. Procedures created support the Littelfuse short-term strategy. Confronts and solves performance/operational issues to improve efficiency and meet goals.

- Partners with Senior Leadership to create operational accounting procedures and reporting that support the manufacturing processes.- Leads professionals and/or managers to ensure that goals of the team align to overall company strategy.- Leads operational accounting projects that may influence the manufacturing or reporting processes. Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.- Supports compliance standards of financial reporting with internal regulatory requirements.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
About you:
- Bachelor or university degree, preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- MBA preferred.- 10+ years of experience.- Management experience.- Deep knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.- Advanced knowledge in MS Office.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication skills.- High attention to detail.- CPA preferred.- Experience leading finance and / or accounting organizations, demonstrated career progression of increasing responsibility.- Leadership in processes, analysis, personnel development.- Ability to isolate relevant data points and effectively communicate scenarios and understanding to management.- Exhibits a high level of autonomy as demonstrated via independent decision-making, prioritizing own workload and project management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work/interact with and present to all levels of organization.- Thinks critically and strategically, anticipates questions, a thought leader.- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with strong orientation for details.- Experience using ERP systems is required, BPC and/or SAP, BW, Power BI, One Stream is a plus.- Experience with global manufacturing companies a must.- Advance MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.- Fluency in English (speaking and reading/writing) - Computer skills: Excel and Word required. ANSYS and/or Minitab working knowledge is a strong benefit.
