Promote Territory Sales of Lambton's Product offerings to all dealers & end users through the Lambton dealer network- Training/Innovation: Work on dealers training and customer testimonials.- Provide dealers all the tools to sale: complete line of brochures, manuals & and any additional technical info to be useful in sales.- _Report any new market segments suitable for Lambton to engineer/ design_, and increase sales of these new products in the market- Support technical sales/shipping department with information to "fulfill orders" when needed like names, shipping address, payment requests, etc.- Acquire new dealers in your designated territory set forth as annual goals to achieve- Achieve sales goals specific to your territory in the first year- Assist the Director of Sales dealer development program- Grow existing dealer markets to achieve growth goals set forth in the program- Develop a marketing strategy for achieving the above- Report to Director of Dealer Development any infringements and or failure to comply to Lambton's Dealer Agreement- Special projects may be assigned as a stretch goal in further growing Lambton's market share- Additional Services may be added by parties by mutual agreement in writing- 50-75% Travel within territory calling on dealers and prospective dealers as well as the Americas for meetings & shows- Participate in any shows/expos in the region to represent Lambton product and brand- Attend all national Sales meetings and national dealer meetings**Term of Agreement**:1 year with option to annual renewal by both parties.**Work product to be delivered by Contractor **(Check boxes as applicable, and set forth details as desired inspace provided):[X ] Oral recommendations/reports[X] Written reports[X] Bi-Weekly[X] Monthly[X] Upon Completion[X] Other: New customer development plans and reviews**Schedule for Completion of Services**:Only at Company's business premises[X] At Contractor's business premises provided that appropriate confidentiality procedures and arrangements are observed
