We'll give you a comprehensive course in all things travel and prepare you with everything you need to be successful as a full-time Travel Counselor assisting our client through phone.Travel Counselors are the heart of our organization at Amex GBT, providing world class service to our corporate travel clients. You'll learn how to use industry standard booking systems (Global Distribution Systems / GDS), resolve customer inquiries for all types of travel via phone, and much more.This position is virtual - Training will be Monday thru Friday 9:00am-5:30pm CST.
