**Job Purpose**:
Establish, maintain and improve the Production and Assembly Processes, in accordance with the comprehensive quality policy and the guidelines of the Corporation, in order to make the products and services offered by the organization profitable, in order to ensure that it complies with the internal, customer, and Corporate requirements, and the IATF 16949 Standard, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Design reliable, safe, capable processes that comply with the legal and voluntary requirements applicable to Dana, in order to meet quality and safety standards, as well as ensure the optimization of the plant's resources.
Maintain production and assembly processes according to manufacturing requirements, so that they remain within control parameters.
Ensure that the Advanced Product Quality Planning is carried out in a timely manner, so that all machining and assembly processes in the plant have the corresponding planning.
Ensure the establishment and updating of standards and production Head Count in order to maintain optimal staffing levels against production demand.
Maintain the updating of documents and records of the integral quality system (quality and environmental), in order to comply with the quality system of the plant.
