**MFG Functional Consultant for Production Support****Modules Scope**:EBS Manufacturing modules ENG, BOM, INV, WIP, Quality, Costing, MRP, ASCP, WMS**Responsibility**:- Support and troubleshoot EBS system issues caused due to MFG Modules- Support and troubleshoot EBS system issues caused due to WMS- Support user-reported day to day issues.- Resolve issues and provide RCA of issues.Experience:- 10-12 Years of EBS Production Support experience for multinational customer- Production Support experience in typical MFG Industry- MFG Domain Knowledge is highly preferred- Incident Management ticket-based Support Processes knowledge is must- Incident resolution analytical knowledge and experience is must- Knowledge of incident Management system using Service Now- Good in Communication both verbal and written- Must have client facing skills and experience**BENEFITS**:- Long term contract- Saving founds- Medical Insurance- Life insurance**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month**Experience**:- EBS: 7 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
