**Program Manager.**Program manager is responsible Manage both new product introductions projects (NPI) and product improvement projects (PIP) from the customer RFQ phase to PPAP**Your Role**- Monitoring of assigned budget, schedules and investment flows.- Preparation and revision of specifications for the purchase of equipment and/or assembly contracts.- Lead and coordinate the mechanical team to ensure the correct installation of the equipment that is part of the project.- Review of constructiveness and assembly maneuvers in conjunction with the contractor company.- Carry out periodic audits and inspections of the work carried out.- Inspection and reception of mechanical equipment in manufacturers' workshops and verify that they comply with the specifications.- Manage modifications in the field as well as issuance of non-conformity reports and engineering review.**Your Background**- University degree in relevant field- Fluent English- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry as same position- Extensive Experience with Customer's Contact and specific Customer Requirements- Extensive Experience in NPI, PIP, Launching projects, Program Management.- Core Tools, Control Plan, QA Systems, 8D, Layered Process Audits, Lean Tools**Nice to have**- Leadership skills- Communicator- Organizer- Influential- Action Planner- Self Motivated- Implementer**Why join us?**- **You can grow at Aptiv. **Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact **.
