This individual will provide end-to-end category leadership such as strategy development, creating HR policy/programs, maintaining key relationships within the business, and managing key supplier relationships.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and category oversight to include sourcing execution, negotiations, contract implementation and performance against established targets.Manage supplier relationships, communicate changes to category strategy, execute joint collaborative initiatives, and monitor supplier contract negotiations.Develop Contingent Labor preferred supplier program with an identified MSP (Managed Service Provider).Operational and spend analysis, development and execution of annual sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, supplier performance management & operational support.Build and maintain relationships throughout every level of the organization, resulting in dynamic interactive dialogue on a broad range of perspectives and information critical to identify sourcing needs and leading to the development of optimal approaches and solutions.Develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers to include data review and analysis, performance management, provide end-to-end value, and bring innovation to the business.Identify business demand requirements and partner with Business Units to deliver annual value improvements and drive competitive advantage.Responsible for overall relationship with multiple strategic accounts across the globe.Lead sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature.Ensure supplier or commodity is performing to the designed requirements from delivery, quality, and cost perspective through established governance programs.Identify, develop, and direct the implementation of supply chain goals and category strategies, based on deep subject matter expertise and an understanding of industry/market dynamics.Escalate issues that may impact the supply chain organization and effectively manage issues.Strong project management capabilities to support effective initiative, program and spend tracking.Commitment to supporting supplier diversity and other important supply chain initiatives.Requirements:University degree.5 years of experience in the area or similar position.Advanced conversational English.Experience in contingent labor.Communication with stakeholders (Factory, Digital and Salary).Understanding of policy regarding contingent labor.Proficient in analysis.Contact with suppliers.Contract management (rebates, different contract languages, key performance indicators).Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Ariba, Fieldglass (vendor management software system).Training/Certifications: Contingent labor (preferred)
