.**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5001: Carrier - Plant A, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**Key Responsibilities**- Lead and manage programs that include the relationship, scope and budget for implementation projects.- Leads teams during project planning, analysis, design, build, test, go live and hyper care phases of project implementation.- Manages external implementation partners, software vendors and service providers. Participates to develop request for proposals/quote, works to develop project proposals and statements of work.- Demonstrates broad project leadership, impacting significant technical direction; exerts influence outside of immediate team and drives change.- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with functional owners and CoE teams. Uses deep technical and process knowledge to drive engagement.- Improvise internal processes to increase the department efficiency managing projects and development.- Manage metrics, SLA & SLO, executive dashboard, and financials.- Manage ongoing operations to ensure solutions are performing as expected and meeting or exceeding expectations.- Execute full turnaround by enabling visibility into project pipeline, prioritizing strategic projects, communicating needs and focusing on strategic hires.- Formulate contingency plans to address schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations and work requirements.- Develop peer, cross-functional relationships to leverage best practices, maximize solution quality, and drive user adoption.- Must have 10 years + overall experience, with 6+ years of managing projects, leading small teams in IT / Digital space for Global companies with excellent people and program management skills.- Experience with supporting global shared services organizations and offshore models working closely with remote teams.- Proven track record and experience in managing and supporting global functions with large global enterprises across multiple legal entities and geography in a highly complex systems and project environment.- Action oriented and results driven with an ability to drive new and innovative solutions in alignment to the organizations / functions strategy.- Prior hands-on experience with Enterprise systems, Database, Reporting and Analytics and Intelligent automations including RPA.- Experience with Process Mining solutions preferred.- Experience with M&A, Divestitures, TSA is a bonus.- Comfortable making timely, difficult decisions to ensure priorities meet critical business needs and timelines.- Good understanding and experience of modern software development methodologies and experience with process methodology- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with high internal drive with an ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete information.- Strong relationship building and influencing skills; able to mediate opposing viewpoints; work well in a team environment
