**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila JD Shared Svcs-Torreon
**Function**: Engineering (CA)

**Responsibilities**:
As a **Manager, Continuous Improvement
- Engine Front Drive and Auxiliaries **within the John Deere Power Systems Continuous Improvement organization located in **Torreon, Mexico,** you will.
- Lead implementation of continuous improvement product engineering projects to; reduce customer warranty, deliver distinctive product quality, improve product value, enable supplier sourcing projects, support engine factories.

**What Skills You Need**:

- Technical expertise related to diesel engines and/or diesel engine equipment (4-7 years)
- Product engineering experience (4-7 years)
- Product design, test and/or analysis experience (1-3 years)
- Strong communication skills
- Project management skills
- Passion for developing people
- Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools
- Fundamental skills in Engineering Principles such as Forces, Stress, Material Properties etc
- Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge
- Knowledge of industry Product Verification & Validation processes and execution methodologies
- Knowledge of Product Delivery Process programs

**Education**:
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
