**Requirements**:
- Fluent English skills.
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated communication, negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and team building skills required.
- In-depth knowledge of EH&S legal requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to perform EH&S audits and inspections.
**Responsabilities**:
- Build and maintain a positive culture of participation in EH&S throughout the site.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety legislation.
- Ensure all environmental permits are up to date and permit reporting requirements are completed.
- Maintain an effective EH&S management system for the site.
- Recommend site EH&S goals and objectives to improve performance along the site
- Ensure all TE safety initiatives and programs are implemented to achieve site EH&S goals and strategy.
- Ensure that EH&S risks are assessed, quantified, and prioritized.
Ensure they are controlled and managed.
- Communicate with all levels of the organization on EH&S to interact, influence and motivate Plant Manager, managers, supervisors and employees.
- Audit and evaluate the performance of the EH&S management system.
Create corrective and prevention action plans.
- Provide EH&S training to site leaders and employees.
- Ensure site management establishes teams and provides leadership to drive EH&S improvements, e.g., site safety and environmental teams; ergonomics teams; energy teams; and behavior-based safety teams.
- Participate in incident investigations and advise management on corrective actions.
- Monitor legislative changes and implement any new requirements to ensure compliance.
- Participate in EH&S inspections, compliance, and RBA audits.
- Be an active member and share best practices with other members of TE's global EH&S community.
- Report all EH&S data as required by TE and applicable legal requirements.
- Ensure additional EH&S resources and expertise are identified as needed and requests are made to the Plant Manager.
- Encourage management recognition of behaviors and results that drive EH&S improvements.
- Implementation of corporate security requirements, focusing on loss prevention.
- Management of onsite provider services, (Medical Service, Security Guards, etc)
