.TE Connectivity's HR Solutions Partners provide consultative geographically-based HR professional services, guidance and coaching to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
They coach managers or employees to ensure that recurring HR processes, such as talent/performance management or salary review processes, are completed appropriately and on time.
The HR Solutions Partner manages a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics.
They conduct employee orientations and implement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.
**What your background should look like**:**Skills**- Bilingual- More than 8 years of experience working as a leader in Human Resources department in a manufacture industry- Solid understanding management model by competences.- Solid understanding Mexican employment laws, taxes and Payroll basics- Advanced level English language- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point- Availability to travel 50 to 75% of the time- Bachelor's degree- Visa to travel to US preferredPosition located in HermosilloHybrid position**Main Activities and Contributions**- Participate in High HC of TE Mexico (multiple BUs) recruiting process for regular and temporary staff and incorporates staff according to the business units/areas requirements.- Oversee onboarding Process.- Supervise new employees, terminations, and changes of employees.
Check local documents are accurate.- Compensation and benefits administration such cafeteria & Transportation.
Coordinating events established in the union labor contract and corporate.- Comp Analysis: salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job leveling, and implement program locally if needed.- Consult with the COE at the SegmentLevel- Support to Talent Attraction in IDL recruitment processes.- Partner with BU/COE/Segment/region for larger recruitment efforts.- Manage the execution of onboarding at the segment level.- Maintain processes up to date.- Working in partnership with Union Relations area.- Consult with the Regional Labor Relations team for all other issues- Work with managers and employees to address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.- Collaborates in the implementation, training and follow-up of Global TE programs: renewal ethics guide, Performance Management, Variable Remuneration Plan, Engagement Survey, etc.- Monitor internal communications.
Manage myHR system, working close with HRSS.
Manage LearnTE.- Prepare monthly reports: Headcount, salary reports.- Collaborate with others to assess, create, and implement solutions within the BU/area- Works together with the legal department on aspects that need review and treatment such as terminations, benefits, employment contracts, etc
