Throughout the world, our flagship Allen-Bradley® and Rockwell Software® product brands are recognized for innovation and excellence.Join our Global Manufacturing Team as Plant Manager based in Tecate, Baja California.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities- Directs the development and implementation of activities in Manufacturing area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.- Plan and Manage Annual Budget y Manage Rockwell Automation Processes and Procedures- Strong financial acumen for operations- Makes budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.- Develops schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas.- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.**Requirements**:- Engineering degree- + 10 years of experience working in Manufacturing environments- + 5 years as a People Manager- Held several of the key roles in Mfg. (Production, Supply Chain, etc.)- Background in electronic industry & ETO environments- Analytical and communication skills.- Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others- Experience with change management and driving continuous improvement activates.- Strong knowledge of lean, six sigma tools and problem-solving methodology- Bilingual English SpanishLI-RC1
