Mgr, Qms Specialist

**Description****Primary Purpose**:Coordinate implementation and certification of Molex de México in quality systems such as ISO9001, IATF TS16949, ISO 13485, VDA, FDA, AS9100 and other applicable standards and coordinate internal and external audits so they help us to maintain and improve our quality system.Standardize the Quality System and share the best practice improvements.**Required**:- 5 years' experience in Automotive/Medical tier 1 or 2 or 3- Production and quality management or engineering management- Team player with excellent leadership skills- Strong Decision-making skills, sense of accountability,- Strong analytical skills,- Supplier/customer relationship skills- Working knowledge of Statistical analysis, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, GD&T, Gage R&R and Control Plans (in general, Core Tools).- Working knowledge and implementing quality management system of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 and other related management system standards and ISO 19011.- Knowledge in customer requirements such as VDA, BIQS and MSA-Q1.- Layered Process Audit LPAs (CQI-8), other CQI´s, ESD, etc, Int´ld standards, internal processes.- High level understanding in ISO 13485 & FDA including 21 CFR part 820 industry standards.- Experience on developing MVP (master validation plan) including IQ, OQ and PQ elements of a process validation.**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering**Fluent in English**Availability to travel between Molex facilities and to customer locations.**JOB DETAILS**: LocationEl Salto, JaliscoCompanyMolexCareer FieldEngineeringJob Number118065
