Mgr Regional Sales I

Grow Welbilt's position in the assigned territory as a strategic supply partner.- Keep and grow current Welbilt sales in the territory assigned based on the the personal and regional sales and margin budgets.- High performance creating relationship with dealers and most important the relationship with end users in order to achieve brand recognition and specification of these.- Meet agreed upon targets for Welbilt and each individual brand.Key Tasks and Responsibilities1.
Participate in trust-building and selling activities with significant customers.2.
Management of the regional dealers to maximize performance with our brands.
The dealers sales channel require constant and accurate communication, training, visits, field visits to end user together them3.
Develop in a creative way the right work strategy to meet each dealer needs matching our company objectives.4.
Management of the regional End users and Key accounts asignated to maximize performance with our brands.
Keep and create new relationships.
Assure they know our brands, provide them with information, tests, training, all needed in order to specify our brands and create demand of these.5.
Prepare & conduct product presentations/ demonstrations, develop relationships with regional food suppliers, consultants, productions plants.6.
Support on administrative activities that may demand her/his intervention due the customer relationship.
