Purpose Statement: The Mgr - Supplier Quality is responsible turning the Supplier Quality Strategy into action and leading a team of supplier quality engineers. The role will focus on enabling efficiency within our operational teams, launching new products and continual improving the Plexus supply base while maintaining compliance to the Plexus Quality Management System. The Manager is an active leader who establishes efficient, frequent and collaborative relationships with Operations, Process Engineering, Customer Facing Teams, Materials Management and other quality professionals in a dynamic environment. Success in this role is dependent on the team's ability to maintain compliance, exceed customer expectations and mitigate risk within the supply base. This role will routinely guide teams based on a wide variety of experiences within the supplier quality function.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field, or a Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. May require previous supervisory experience.
Other Qualifications:
- Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, TL9000, ISO 13485 and FDA GMP Quality System requirements required for this role.
- Formal Quality certification (CSQP, CQE, CQM) preferred for this role.
- Expertise in GD&T preferred.
- Leadership, Interpersonal and communication skills.
- High computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Physical Requirements:
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
Travel Requirements:
- Less than 40%
