The talent management manager will participate in and oversee the work of a team that partners with key experts throughout the organization to assess, design, develop and deliver integrated competency-based leadership development and succession/talent development programs. This includes determining skill development needs, scoping training, coordinating timelines and milestones with internal customers, tracking, managing, implementing deliverables, as well as evaluating project outcomes and effectiveness of learning solutions. In addition, the incumbent works with leaders to assess and identify individual and team development needs and recommend effective solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Business partner and advisor to Plant Director, Managers and Supervisors to support execution of business goals and objectives.Maintain visibility and active presence on plant floor and in plant leadership meetings, providing daily support and communication.Development and execution of employee talent value propositions to align HR talent policies, practices, processes, and systems.Creation of leadership talent pipeline pools linked with differentiated career development and learning solutions, potential assessment, development & deployment.Conduct training needs analysis and implements targeted group wide training and development initiatives to ensure the organization is successful.Lead the design and delivery of a customized leadership development program for high-potential future leadership succession management.Responsible for administration of Performance Management process at the plant location.Develop the Performance Development framework and provide support for its administration, implementation, and ongoing improvement to provide employees with a system that is clear, simple to understand, and inspiring.Track performance development to help teams and employees understand the objectives and impact on performance.Maintains site employee policies and procedures; keeps current with regards to HR trends, as well as employment law changes.Leads employee engagement, Wellness and communications initiatives for the manufacturing site.Leading the Great Place to Work Strategy and Polaris Production System – Org Design Element.Manages site HR budget, in partnership with Finance.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational development or related field
