Sobre nuestro clienteOur client is a leading multinational organization within the industrial and manufacturing industry.DescripciónCollaborate with the Site Leadership Team to drive the development and execution of site strategy.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.Prepare and review monthly business reports providing insights on variances and improvement opportunities.Oversee the Capital Expenditure (Capex) investment plan and actively participate in project teams to ensure timely implementation.Ensure the accuracy of monthly cost accounting and compliance with local GAAP / IFRS standards.Monitor working capital (OWC) and inventory balances to meet financial targets.Support the Quality framework, emphasizing its importance in operational excellence.Review and approve contracts and purchase orders according to authorization limits.Conduct SOP reviews and approvals to ensure compliance.Manage product costing calculations and quarterly standard cost updates.Submit budget, forecasts, and monthly outlooks accurately and on time, in accordance with corporate instructions.Perfil buscadoThe selected candidate must meet the following requirements:Bachelor or above on accounting and related.10 years working experience in finance controlling roles in manufacturing.Fluent English both written and verbal.Proven experience in ERP SAP.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Effective planning and organizational abilities.Qué OfrecemosA competitive compensation package with a salary of $90,000 per month.Benefits above those required by law.Opportunities for professional and personal development.The chance to work at a leading company in the manufacturing industry.
