Oversee tax planning to optimize tax positions and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Manage and coordinate tax audits.
Develop and implement effective tax strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to provide tax advice and guidance.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
Stay updated with changing tax laws and regulations.
Train and mentor junior staff in the tax department.
Perfil buscado

Degree in Accounting.
Proven experience in a tax management role.
Strong knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
Accounting firm experience.
Proficiency in tax software and databases.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
