Oversee financial operations including accounts, budgeting, and audit preparations.

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Lead and mentor the Accounting & Finance team to promote professional development.
Monitor and analyze financial performance and report on financial health.
Collaborate with the management team to set financial targets and develop budgets.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
Lead the fixed asset activities within the company (+ CAPEX).

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance department.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations (IFRS, USGAAP and NIFS).
Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytic skills.
Advanced level of English and Spanish is required.
