Micron Layout Engineer

**Role Summary:**We are seeking a skilled Micron Layout Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our DRAM Engineering Group (DEG), you will be responsible for creating physical layouts of transistors, resistors, and capacitors for analog circuits used in the development of memory products.**Key Responsibilities:**Design analog circuits for memory productsBuild and verify layouts that meet process rulesCollaborate with peer teams across the global footprintWork on floor planning, routing, and power bus design**Requirements:**Course work in CMOS Circuit Design and VLSIKnowledge and experience using Cadence VirtuosoExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and documentation skills**What We Offer:**We provide a dynamic work environment where you can drive innovation into the future of memory generation.
