Micron is looking for a highly qualified and experienced PSOC Manager to lead and manage the PSOC operations and incident response for the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure the highest levels of security and safety. Additionally, you will oversee and enhance intelligence capabilities to monitor and evaluate security threats and risks in the regions, protecting our assets, personnel, and intellectual property.
Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop a team of intelligence analysts, supervisors and operators, ensuring adherence to security standards and best practices.
Build and maintain strong communication and collaboration with local and regional security teams, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant partners.
Perform regular security audits, assessments, and drills to measure security performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage security budgets and resources and provide regular reports and feedback to senior management.
Keep abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and implement appropriate measures to reduce risks.
Lead and enhance intelligence capabilities, including collecting, processing, and disseminating security information and intelligence from various sources, such as open source, social media, and human intelligence.
Create and maintain threat profiles and risk assessments for the region and provide timely and actionable intelligence to support security decision-making and planning.
Design and deliver security training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
Review and update security policies, protocols, and procedures as needed.
Coordinate and support security projects and initiatives in the region.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in physical security operations, preferably in a multinational or regional context.
Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP), or other relevant security certification is preferred.
Proficient in security systems and tools, such as CCTV, access control, alarm, and incident management systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Experience in crisis management and emergency response planning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel within the region as needed.
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in managing security operations centers in Latin America or other emerging markets.
Certification in S2 or Lenel Access Control Systems.
Experience in conducting security audits, assessments, and drills.
Experience in developing and maintaining intelligence capabilities and products.
Knowledge of regional security threats, risks, and trends.
Experience with advanced security technologies, such as AI-driven surveillance systems.
Proven track record in crisis management and emergency response.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
