Job Description Provide Day to Day Technology Directions Within Windows Server OS, VMware, Physical Server Hardware, Nutanix (HCI) Platform Experience on Monitoring tools, Patching tools, Backup tools etc. Good understanding on Hybrid cloud environment (On-prem & Cloud Platforms – Azure/AWS/GCP) Maintain Global Collaboration with The Other Micron It Operations Teams, Both Internal and External To I&O Operational Support Escalation Incident Management and Problem Management Project Execution Maintain Ola and Sla Agreements with Other Micron Business Units Innovation & Automation Specific Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To): Continually Improves Operations Through Routine Monitoring of System Performance Metrics and Proactive Actions. Reviewing Of System Log Files, Trend Analysis, Configuration, Incident and Problem Management Processes. Recommends And Works with The Solution and Enterprise Architect on System or Architectural Changes When Needed to Improve Performance, High Availability, Scalability, Or Propose Innovative Technologies.
