**Microsoft 365 Analyst**We are hiring a **Microsoft 365 Analyst **who will embrace new technology across a wide range of disciplines where a complex set of responsibilities and technical skills come together.
**What you will be doing**:- Provide support to Microsoft 365.
(Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, AzureActiveDirectory, Micorsoft Teams).- Create and execute Powershell scripts.- Provide support to virtual collaboration tools.
Ex.
Smartsheet, Mural, etc.- Provide support to antispam systems.
**Who you are**:**Required Skills and Competencies**- Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronic Engineer or related fields- Advanced English- 1-3 years of experience with infrastructure technologies- Demonstrates a good understanding of: Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams, Powershell scripting, Antispam systems.
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**- Experience with VBScript, Agile framework and Power Apps is a plus- Excellent communications skills with a strong customer focus, team player and results driven- Good analytical, problem solving, project management and organization skills.- Able to work on multiple tasks/projects concurrently.- Develop technical documentation defining operational procedures and work instructions.- Able to work outside business hours as required.- Could work independently as well as being part of a team (on site or remotely).
