Today we have 270,000+ Microsoft 365 users who leverage Collaboration Solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform, Office Online Products, Teams, etc.). The Microsoft 365 engineer will need to have a deep understanding of the Power Platform and M365 ecosystems. Be an analytical and creative thinker to resolve challenges at hand and those on the roadmap, have strong technical skills for scripting and automation to build in-house sustain processes. It will be one of 2 points of contact covering for the Americas timezone (From the main capability center – Habitat) responsible for designing, building, administering, architecting, and governing Collaboration Solutions services, providing escalation support, and delivering our current and future Microsoft 365 offerings across our global landscape.Some of the key areas of responsibilities will include:Management, administration, governance, capacity planning, licensing, cost optimization, upgrades, maintenance, monitoring, security revisions, deployments, permissions, and 3rd level support for issues/users.Act as recovery manager for Microsoft Cloud outages and perform change and problem management activities to ensure service reliability.Microsoft 365 services include (but are not limited to): Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, Power Pages), Collaboration Solutions (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Planner, Loop, etc.), Office applications – Integrations and capability release, Back-Office administration and cross-functional collaboration – M365 tenant management.The engineer will be accountable for non-Microsoft solutions (but approved PepsiCo alternatives) such as Smartsheet and Monday.Com
