Mexico City, Mexico- 2764336**Job Description**:Key skills required for the job are:- Microsoft Active Directory Admin-L3 (mandatory)- Office 365 - Exchange Online-L3PowerShell (being able to automate tasks, perform imports/exports in bulk, create minor scripts and modify existing ones)Modification of objects (user/computer accounts, groups)AD Manager (3rd party tool) for reportingAbility to understand & create GPOs for managing workstations/serversUnderstanding of AD sites/subnets relationshipUnderstanding of DNS/name resolutionAbility to set/modify permissions/ACLsAbility to review and understand event logs and such troubleshooting processesO365 Understanding of EXOM& ABit Titan (3rd party migration tool)Legal retentionProofpoint (3rd party SMTP tool)Understanding of Teams/Teams Meetings for ability to assist with troubleshooting50% coordination (projects/initiatives/tasks) & 50% technical (more aligning with being able to help troubleshoot from a L3/L4 perspective and assist MSP support teams)Minimum work experience:3 - 5 YearsProficiency in English Language is Desirable
