Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant

We are currently looking for a remote Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team.****Responsibilities**- You'll be solving your client's challenges and turning their needs into goals and solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365- Working as part of the ERP team you'll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational supportPrototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to make sure the system works the way your client needs it toWork with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions- Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients' businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements- Support testing the proposed system and train users**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 5+ years' experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience- 3+ years leading supply chain management workstreams for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions- Good communication and analytical skills- Comfortable facilitating functional workshops with customers, documenting requirements, and designing appropriate solutions- Familiar with Azure DevOps or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools- Ability to work with functional teams with both onshore and offshore resources- Participated in end-to-end full Lifecyle implementations of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations [SCM]- Experience communicating and translating technical concepts to non-technical customers and business leaders
