This position encompasses the development, customization, configuration, and management of Dynamics 365 CRM applications across our global enterprise-wide IT model, providing opportunities for leadership development and the chance to mentor a team. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM applications, ensuring real-time, bi-directional data synchronization between the CRM solution and Microsoft Office products, including Azure, Office 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and MS Teams. Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with internal and external systems using APIM solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability, and support bulk data import, advanced analytics, reporting, APIs, and Spatial Searches. Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of software development. Multi-platform, end-to-end experience across a wide spectrum of cloud technologies in Azure, with knowledge of building solutions with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and a track record of successful project delivery. 2+ years of strong understanding & focus on delivery of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Field Service), Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), and continuous integration with Azure, Office 365, and MS Teams. Experience customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and supporting real-time, bi-directional data synchronization between CRM and Microsoft Office products. Strong leadership and team management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in using MLOps and platforms/tools to manage ML models lifecycle. Experience in using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services (Azure Open AI, Azure AI Content Safety, Azure ML).
