**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop Custom Power Apps Solutions**:Design and build custom apps using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to meet business needs.
- **Power Platform Integration**:Work with Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Dataverse to integrate apps with data sources and automate workflows.
- **Application Support**:Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and support for existing Power Apps and SharePoint solutions.
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**:Partner with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements, create specifications, and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
- **Documentation**:Maintain technical documentation, including system design and integration specifications, user guides, and best practices.
- **Training and Adoption**:Assist in training business users and providing technical support to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
- **Stay Current with Microsoft Updates**:Continuously explore new features, tools, and technologies related to Microsoft Power Platform, staying informed about updates and changes.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- Strong experience in Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Experience with SharePoint Online.
- Experience integrating Power Apps with external data sources (SharePoint, SQL, etc.).
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Canvas and Model-driven apps.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Understanding of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, HTML, SQL) and relational databases.
- Experience with Azure services and APIs is a plus.
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- **Certifications**:Microsoft Power Platform or Power Apps certification is preferred but not required.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
