M365 AIOps team is looking for a highly motivated PM to drive our AIOps detection strategy and investments in making M365 the most reliable and consistently amazing service in the world.
The team is responsible for providing world-class detection, diagnosis, and mitigation for M365 services based on AKS.
Those services are large scale, running across the globe, serving hundreds of millions of users every day.

This includes, but is not limited to:Reducing time to detect issues that impact customers;Building detection systems that will enable highly precise alerts;Zeroing in on monitoring gaps and working with component owners to fill in the same;Reducing costs of running our service by increasing correlation, reducing noise, and richer RCA.Embody our culture and values.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of container orchestration (K8s) and management platforms.Strong cross-group collaboration skills.Track record of going technically deep and quickly ramping up on new technologies.Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments.Preferred expertise in monitoring and AI ops.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
