1. Experience in Executive Support
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting mid-to-senior-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, handle correspondence, and prioritize tasks.
2. Business and Financial Acumen
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial principles.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and assist in decision-making processes.
3. CRM Management
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to track, update, and follow up with clients through the CRM system.
- Maintain organized client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Client Communication
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle client inquiries and manage relationships with tact and professionalism.
5. Business Research
- Conduct research on different businesses, industries, and clients to provide insights for meetings and decision-making.
- Ability to gather relevant data and present concise summaries.
6. Task Prioritization and Time Management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
7. Tech-Savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
8. Problem-Solving and Adaptability
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
9. Confidentiality and Discretion
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
10. Bilingual (Optional but Preferred)
- Fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus for managing international clients.
