Responsibilities Develop 3D models for grade surface, roads, paving, and drainage utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D Software and determine earth work volumes and calculations as required Works independently and collaboratively to develop complex drawings utilizing full functionality of the software Provides solutions to complex problems utilizing industry and company standards Capable of leading a team to complete design / tasks in an efficient and timely manner Coordinate with multiple disciplines to develop accurate models and construction documents Reviews and Check the work of other designers Communicates effectively with supervisor and members of immediate department.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in topography and geodesic or Technical degree in drafting, construction, designing or similar.
More than 5 years of experience in a civil design position.
Strong understanding of topography, geodesic construction, and drafting principles Deep knowledge in materials.
Experience with site civil design, storm water systems, drainage systems, earth works, grading and roads/paving.
Familiarity with latest national and design codes (SEMARNAT, CONAGUA, SCT, NOM´s, RCDF & NTC, AASHTO, PIP, etc.)
Read and understand construction documents Experience in multiple design software (AutoCad Civil 3D, Bentley Inroads, Autodesk Revit & Navisworks, Bentley SmartPlant, Global Mapper, etc..) AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is mandatory.
Intermediate - Advanced English is a must.
