Mid-Senior Quality Assurance Tester

Build an ADU Now, Pay Later with MultitaskrWe're currently seeking a Mid-Senior level Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team to stress test and validate user flows, user stories, and code compliance required for the scalability and functionality of our FinTech, PropTech, and SaaS products.Multitaskr is the only marketplace that simplifies the home improvement process by modernizing the residential construction industry using the perfect combination of human-centered interaction, PropTech and FinTech technology.ResponsibilitiesWrite and execute detailed test strategy, test plans, and test design documents.Create data-driven tests to validate API calls.Perform backend database testing in identified testing environment including validating stored procedures, jobs and triggers.Proactively identify and own issues through resolution, working with business or development groups.Perform system diagnostics and research to analyze and resolve problems in both the test and production.Understand customer requirements and our processes and come up with creative solutions and improvements.Qualifications6+ years of professional experience stress testing and validating cloud-based applications and SaaS products (Preferably for FinTech and PropTech).Experience and knowledge of user journeys, user flows, and code compliance.Ability to conduct simulation and prototype user testing sessions.Expert level for crafting well-written technical documentation.Ability to write support articles, technical trainings, onboarding sessions and troubleshoot with users.Ability to create and own a ticketing system to report, assign and follow up with the dev team.Proactive and a self-starter.Strong communications skills (English/Spanish 100% proficiency).#J-18808-Ljbffr
