Our culture is driven by putting our Engineers first with Work-life balance and an environment that sparks the imagination.Join us as we dare to Explore the Unknown!Where do we come from?Broadcom, Yahoo, Sony, Samsung, Thermo Fisher, Blackbaud, and many well-known tech companies.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Work collaboratively with digital cross-functional teams to ensure that client strategic goals are able to be tracked and reported appropriately.- Providing a wide-range of data analysis for a variety of clients and websites- Analyze search ranking issues (organic and blended maps results, utilizing databases, search engines, navigation services, social-local, business directories, and business review insights during audits); - Interact with development teams to provide implementation requirements- Test and provide quality assurance feedback to the various development teams- Provide reports and dashboards with insights that drive changes in the business- Stay abreast of web analytics trends and best practices- Lead efforts to research and evaluate new tools/capabilities in the analytics industry- Perform ad-hoc analysis as necessary to answer business questions and drive decisions- Serve as a liaison to vendor partners to ensure success with a variety of projects**Must Have**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, communications, or general business orequivalent education- 2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics (universal and some GA4)- 1-2 years of experience with a tag management tool- Experience with Google Data Studio, Power Bi, Tableau or other data visualization tools for dynamic dashboards- Experience implementing third-party pixels using Google Tag Manager.- Familiarity with ad platforms and conversion tracking (Google, Bing, social etc)- Experience working with developers to implement tag management tools and advanced data layers.- Preferred experience with AB testing tools & implementation (Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.)- Preferred experience working in digital marketing and reporting from other digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Google Search Console, Full Story, HotJar, Facebook Ads Manager, etc
