This long-term project offers a stable environment for professionals passionate about data and investment, with significant opportunities for growth and learning.Position overview: We are seeking a strong, detail-oriented Middle Product Owner with a solid background in Business Analysis and a deep understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) specifically in Broadridge/Sentry.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality, improve user experience, and drive business success.- Responsibilities: Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful product delivery- Lead and define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on OMS (Broadridge/Sentry) functionality- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for development- Collaborate with developers, testers, and other Product Owners to ensure alignment on deliverables- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product enhancements- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders- Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Owner, with strong Business Analysis skills- In-depth knowledge of OMS Broadridge/Sentry- Strong communication skills with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities- Nice to have: Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)- Background in financial services or related industries
