Develop their student's unique talents and foster in them a passion for learning and growing..**RESPONSABILITIES**:- Teach students in a classroom setting, managing their work output in the classroom and behavior on a daily basis.- Develop teaching and learning materials for use in class, including lesson plans, exams and homework, homework and projects, and assignments that make use of all student skills.- Modify lesson plans and materials as needed to make them suitable for students' current learning levels.- Monitor and track student progress and issue grades.- Maintain relationships with parents of students in order to keep them informed of their child's progress.- Work collaboratively with other teachers and administrators, including special ed teachers and teacher's aids, to provide individualized support for each student on a regular basis.- Collaborate with other teachers in order to share best practices and provide meaningful feedback regularly.- Ensure that students meet educational standards and school performance goals for their grade level.
