Version control and documentation management; Business Analysis: Strong problem-solving, prioritization of requirements, and feasibility analysis; Communication and Collaboration: Stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and effective presentation of BRDs; Tools and Software: Proficient with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Visio for requirements and process mapping; Process Mapping& Analysis: Proficient in Process Flow Diagramming, As-Is/To-Be Process Mapping, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Value Stream Mapping; Process Analysis: Gap analysis, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
