Works closely with the cross-functional team to develop the manufacturing strategy concurrently with the product development function. Ensuring design for "X" features and functions of components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies of electronic solutions are reviewed and considered early in the development phases. Works closely with Product Management and Finance on cost competitive manufacturing solutions aligned with business unit profit goals.What Will Put You Ahead- Six Sigma Black Belt Certificación- Knowledge of accounting and business management principles.- Good communication skills in English and Spanish- Mandarin a plus**Requirements**:- 15+ years experience in mechanical engineering related to the manufacture and assembly of precision electromechanical components.- 15+ years experience in connector or cable assembly processes ranging from hand fixtures to high-speed automation.- 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.- Experience with high-speed synchronous, asynchronous, flexible (robotics) assembly systems.- Experience with stamping, plating, molding- 10 years of experience in automation project management.- 10 years of experience in tooling cost estimating, quote preparation, and project managementMolex is proud to operate in more than 40 countries, providing more than 45,000 jobs to the communities we serve.
