This role will be involved in a number of areas to support the execution and includes:- Process reviews and enhancements from a service transition and migration standpoint- Policy and governance to approve the migration, ensuring all necessary / regulatory steps have been completed and agreed- Help manage the prioritization of services and process to transition- Provide regular reporting and status updates on progress, risk and issues for the management teamRequirementsKnowledge- Good understanding of HSBC Group structures, processes and objectives- Good knowledge of the external environment - regulatory, political, competitors etc.- Clear and good understanding of Employee Vetting and the elements involved- A good understanding of the Global Businesses/FunctionsExperience- Proven experience of supporting stakeholders and of driving forward change- Good analytical capability- Good investigative or financial crime related experienceCapabilities- Strong relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels- Ability to make critical decisions and prioritise work- Strong organisational, time management and planning skills- An innovative approach to problem solvingYou'll achieve more when you join HSBC.
