With a prime location on the Pacific coast, Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita celebrates the rich culture of Mexico one epic sunset at a time.Reconnect with family and friends; our mi-casa, su casa attitude invites you to feel the true spirit of Mexican hospitality.About the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Manager in Training (MIT) in Spa.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the wellness and spa industry, a keen interest in spa management, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.The MIT will be responsible for supporting various aspects of administration, creative program development, and strategic initiatives within the spa department.You will be reporting directly to our Senior Spa Director and working closely with a dotted line with our Spa Director.About the MIT ProgramThe MIT program is a 12-month Rotational Program focused on learning and developing functional management skills in a variety of situations so that we can assess their ability and possibly promote YOU to Assistant Manager at the end of the program.What you will doOperational and Administration Duties :Provide support in administrative tasks, including email correspondence, supplier coordination, and documentation.Manage purchase orders, invoices, and maintain relationships with suppliers.Coordinate spa events and promotions by requesting BEO (Banquet Event Order) and ensuring seamless execution.Handle Department Standard Testing, HotSOS calls, and Medallia responses.Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns, or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.Creative :Assist in generating creative ideas for spa packages and wellness programs
