The Mobile App Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing operations of our mobile app and support the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns to promote our mobile app, increase app downloads, and improve user retention and growth. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to provide seamless execution of app marketing programs ensuring best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of our app campaigns. To be successful in this role an individual must see the department as a revenue-generating arm of the company and constantly look to improve ROI.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Develop and execute app adoption campaigns to increase downloads, user engagement and retention.
- Craft and schedule engaging push notifications that drive app download, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize and manage app store listings (iOS and Android) for maximum visibility and downloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies to maximize app revenue.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app marketing to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for the mobile app.
- Develop and implement geotargeting strategies to reach relevant users in the specific locations.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in mobile app marketing.
- Vast knowledge of app marketing best practices, segmentation, and deliverability.
- Strong understanding of app store optimization (ASO) principles and best practices.
- Proven experience with push notification and in-app messaging strategies.
- Passion for mobile technology and a deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem.
- Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication.
