Visit our PinFlex landing page to learn more.We're looking for a talented engineering manager to lead our Ad Formats Iterations team and rapidly iterate on our existing Ad Formats with a strong focus on cross-functional partnership.What you'll do:Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to architect sustainable and efficient solutionsProvide technical and team leadership on rapid short-term projects/feature development as well as longer-term development of new servicesPartner with product management to set engineering priorities, estimate scope of work, define release schedules, and track progressActively foster high-quality software development through code reviews, pair programming, and targeted feature development, and when needed to unblock the team, prototype new technologies and systems, or demonstrate good coding practicesMentor and develop engineers at various levels of seniorityEnable and enhance production readiness of the broader ads manager ecosystemGrow the team in your first year of employment by hiring great peopleWhat we're looking for:5+ years of software engineering experienceTrack record of developing high-quality software in an automated build and deployment environmentExperience leading a team of engineers through a significant feature or product launch in collaboration with Product and DesignWell versed in agile development methodologiesRelocation Statement:This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
